Mycelebrations.me team member presence for meetings
Team member from mycelebrations.me will be present in any meeting requested by the Host with any vendors florists, catering, venue, confectioneries, decorations, photo and videographer, makeup artists, fashion designers, entertainers etc.)
Gift packings
Mycelebrations.me team will work on your *gift packings for your big day.
Guests Assistance
Team mycelebrations.me will take care of guest’s assistance throw-out the wedding which may include, ticketing, room reservations and bookings of any extra activities to *explore UAE.
Choreography of the full event
Our experienced team members will choregraph the entire wedding day from the entry of the guests till the dismantling of the event.
Time management
Our time management team will take care of all the activities to be done on time on when, where and how they have to get to the ceremony on time. These special people may include your bridesmaids & groomsmen, ushers, readers, flower girls, ring bearers, parents, grandparents, and any other people who are involved in your wedding ceremony including the vendors.
Ceremony setups
Our team personally will take care of your guests seating arrangements followed by our team arrival at your ceremony site as early as possible to display programs, set up ceremony items and arrange the vendors work.
Event management

Permissions
Team mycelebrtaions.me will take care of any permissions to be taken for the event with the municipality or the government of UAE.
Unlimited meetings
Unlimited meetings with team mycelebrtaions.me are welcomed throw-out the wedding planning from the host by unlimited *face to face, over the calls, emails and message meetings.
Please note: *Extra staff will be added for assistance for events with more than 200 guests.
